Raw meterials required- In-skirt



Raw materials required



      Cloth:

Cloth is the main raw material for
required to manufacture in-skirt. in-skirts are
mainly manufactured using cotton cloth. It is
commonly called as dyed poplin. Poplin
comes in roll [tan]. One tan is approximately 
20 to 30 meters in length. Mostly it comes in 36 inches width.  





   
  Thread:
Threads comes in small tubes as well as in 

big cones. small tubes are of 180 meters length
and big cones are of 5000 meters length. It is 
economical to buy big cones instead of the 
small ones.
    

    

  
  Labels:
Labels are very important for your product to

promote your product in your brand name. Varity
of labels are available in market. you can contact
a label manufacturer and can make labels of the
design of your choice.




      Cotton nada[rope]

      Cotton nada is the meterial used in inskirts,

in the hip position of the inskirt. It is used to

increase or decrease the hip size of the in-skirt.


        These are the raw materials used to manufacture in-skirt. In the next post we will discuss about the various sizes and designs of  the in-skirts.
